Slum communities face significant healthcare challenges and issues due to their marginalized living conditions. Limited access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and adequate nutrition often leads to a higher prevalence of diseases, especially among vulnerable populations such as children and the elderly. Inadequate healthcare infrastructure, coupled with financial constraints, restricts their ability to seek medical care when needed. This results in untreated or poorly managed health conditions. Our intervention aims to bridge this gap by providing essential medical services, health education, and support.
